UTG L96 AWP Spring Airsoft Sniper Rifle
Today I will be reviewing the UTG L96 AWP spring airsoft sniper rifle. Currently this airsoft sniper rifle is selling for $130 on Amazon.com, the UTG AWP L96 airsoft spring sniper rifle has a capacity of 30 rounds and a range of 230 feet the velocity is at 400-5240 80 ft./s using the 0.2 g BB, they spraying aerosol spray per rifle also has an adjustable hop of a compact tactical bipod included.
The UTG L96 AWP spring air soft sniper rifle comes with two metal magazines company which a Picatinny mounting rail system. This aerosol sniper rifle also comes with scope but no scope ring is included.
This airsoft sniper rifle is the fastest and most accurate air soft sniper rifle available on the market today. Weighing in at only 10 pounds this air soft sniper rifle is perfect on the battlefield. The only thing that I do not like about this spring air soft sniper rifle, is that you’ll have to buy a scope separately. Finding old-school for a spring air soft sniper rifle is not hard. You can’t easily find a scope on eBay or Amazon.com, but finding the perfect scope is something you’ll have to do your research on before actually purchasing a scope.

The UTG L96 is one of my favorite sniper rifles. Mainly because it’s light weight and easy to move with. Not to mention the price is pretty darn good and the quality is up there with considerably more pricey weapons. Just add a good scope to this and you’re ready to take some people down.
I have just bought the l96 and am rely impressed by the gun.It came with a scope that is 4*40 whitch works well.I would definatally recomend this gun to anyone who wants to be a sniper.
The L96 is the close to the best “out of the box” inexpensive sniper rifle on the market with higher FPS that many of the smaller framed rifles. I find the WELL a better quality option than the UTG ..mine included the scope and mounting hardware, the heavy almost impractical bi-pod (I never use it), and a cheapy but operable sling (which I replaced with a quality rifle sling). It’s a bit heavy and long compared to a Bar-10 style making movement in confined areas tricky and I also find the Druganov style stock a bit too bulky and awkward compared to a standard rifle frame (i.e.M14 or M700). The pluses ….when matched with a heavier BB (I use .40g’s) it’s an extremely consistent rifle capable of whisper quiet long range fire. I tend to keep my targets at ~40 yards …far enough to avoid incoming fire yet close enough to keep my hit percentage in the 90′s. From beyond 20 yards your targets won’t even hear the shot …it’s a very quiet rifle. I rarely empty the magazine during a game …and normally take multiple opponents.
Unless a player wants to buy a TM VSR and upgrade it ($500+) or a quality gas powered sniper rifle ($400)…the L96 is the way to go. Plenty of power to compete with AEG’s combined with the maintenance free operation of a springer …it’s worth the $140.
The TSD tactical sd97 is a lot better, it has a 550 fps and it comes with a scope and scope rings too
hello to everyone here im starting to get into airsoft again and i like snipers the best im wondering what the best sniper you can get for under $500 scope included. it can be CO2 or Spring/bolt action. if anyone has an idea about what the best rifle for me would be just let me know. ps it needs to be quiet so is this the gun for me…?
